The Springs Luxury Bed and Breakfast — Hotel in North Island

We had the most wonderful 2 night stay at the Springs and Catherine is an excellent host. She greeted us warmly and helped us to our beautifully appointed room. There was also a lovely lounge and a kitchen where we could make drinks . |Each room had leaflets about local activities and places to visit, including a beautifully hand drawn map Catherine had done, of the local area, which gave locations of nearby sites, restaurants and cafes. (We had a wonderful meal at Urbano - recommended by Catherine. )|The bathroom had everything you could need, including a super shower. And I loved the little details such as great toiletries and towels, and a small vase of scented rose buds in the bedroom. Catherine cooked breakfast to our individual orders and there was always congenial conversation in the lovely dining room. Each room has a small patio area and the air conditioning was very effective and SO quiet. But it was Catherine's hospitality that made it! She was first class at helping her guests to get the very best out...

Lovely Bed and Breakfast in bustling Rotorua. |Catherine and Johnny were just super! Great fun and interesting conversations with a genuine interest in their guests comfort. No request was too small. Can’t say enough nice things. Breakfasts were substantial and cooked to order by Catherine. The rooms are lovely, quiet, spotless with nice shampoo amenities. The B and B is gated at night which means your car is safe. In town but in a nice residential area near to shops and events such as the wonderful Māori Matai experience. I mention this as our driver for this event was late and Catherine saw us waiting in the lobby and immediately jumped in and called to see what had happened and got everything quickly straightened...

The Springs is an extremely comfortable and welcoming B&B! The host Catherine is more than helpful and it is a delight to have a conversation with her. She gave us so many helpful tips and ideas of where to go and what to see. ||||The rooms are large and nicely furnished. One feature we particularly liked was each room comes with a large baggage storage and clothes cupboard, so no need to have clothes all over or trip over suitcases. ||Breakfasts were ordered ahead and were individually made with a good range of choices.
