Awful, just awful, ruined an event we paid for with awful staff attitudes and ripped off. Forever tainted that day that should have been a great memory.
Yes Ian, the same one waiting on vouchers to make up for your errors, lies, and the worst experience anyone deserves for their special day.
My late grandmother couldn't even use the broken dirty toilets, public were walking through the function to access the broken facilities, the dj I paid you hundreds of dollars cash in the hand as you requested, was late, and not interested in any requests, and was being guarded by his gf the bar maid when we attempted to communicate to him, the bar staff were rude, food late, public let in earlier than promised, and then popping balloons to help clean up had the young bar girl yelling for no reason.
You then instructed people to write false reviews to try bury my one, and your bar manager was spreading misinformation to protect your name.
It's sad that leaving something unresolved for someone is nothing to you, but will forever be a bad memory for myself, my family, and friends, a truly bitter taste, that with a gentle apology and taking responsibility and offering small compensation to show understanding, was too much to ask nicely of you, because you need to feel in control and I see you're rude to many who don't give you a great review, so nothings changed.
Beware public, not what I paid for,...
Read moreEdit to the owner: Thank you for your response. I understand that hospitality is difficult especially in these covid-related times. To clarify, I had not refused to give my Id. I was surprised that she was asking me for my ID in the middle of my dinner and therefore asked her why she wanted my ID: asking her if it was to verify my age. Perhaps she was having an off day or it was simply a misunderstanding. She did not want to confirm that it was to verify if I was underage but I gave her my ID anyways. What was unfortunate was that her tone kept escalating when what I advocated for was a calm talk/clarification. She then handed my ID back (I am over 32 years old; but that is beside the point, I understand that it is the employee's right to ask for ID if she thought I was under 25). I thought our interaction was over and when I explained to my table after she left why she seemed rude to us, she came back to the table unprompted and at that point screamed at me "This is a licensed premise, I have to ID everyone even if they are not drinking..." I told her I was not interested in an argument and it took her several minutes before she stopped screaming. *original post: Had a waiter come scream at us. She just wanted to confirm ID for drinking age but was very aggressive about it when I showed her my ID. Have gone before and had been good, so it may just be that...
Read moreI am a regular customer for Biggie's pizza but now we need to stop going to this place because we had a terrible experience last night. we ordered 20" Pizza but we got 12" Pizza to our table and they did not even brought plates to us, and the waiter who served the pizza not even appologise for their mistake and both waiters were very rude and I don't even understand how they become waiters without basic customer service skills we are very disappointed with their pathetic service and food. Biggie's pizza management need to understand one thing We are paying for food with good service not for the rude and terrible customer service if your staff making mistakes after that replacing with the right food with rude attitude is not acceptable because we are not expecting any refund or free food, we are expecting right customer service experience with right attitude not rude attitude, with this kind of attitude we were extremely disoppoinetd. And it will spoil our...
