Domino's Pizza Pioneer Highway — Restaurant in Palmerston North

Regularly get orders wrong, lower quality dough than what the hut has (comparing it to them and not the best pizza place we have (hell) due to the more similar price point) would occasionally get their stuff over the hut or hell due to the lowest price point while they had that but now they've hiked prices up too so I really don't know how they (both as a company due to quality and this store in particular due to their tendencies to mess up) are still in business.

You get the best pizza from Hells at a moderately higher price or a better pizza at pizza hut for about the same price (hawaiian is like 11 cents cheaper at the hut for reference), Hells also allow for a pretty absurd amount of customization and have never messed it up on my orders despite some being like triple sauced with 3 sauces being on one side and only 1 continuing to the other side along with many toppings n all that)...

So yeah can't really recommend dominos for anything unless you are shopping for a thick shake cause they make those pretty well, their pizza is trash tier and no longer the cheapest...

Went into the store this evening and was pleased to see the signage on the door 'no mask no entry' and that all staff would be wearing masks. However in the 10 minutes sitting outside waiting for our order one person without a mask went in and was not challenged and a staff member was working in the kitchen and serving at the counter without a mask on. Certainly not a safe place and would have left if we had not already ordered and paid! Update following reply. None of us like wearing masks but we do what we have too. Your non mask wearing staff probably shouldn't be on the counter and should at least be wearing a face shield when preparing food. Don't envy your position but we all have to adapt in these...

If you like your gourmet pizzas to look like the advertised gourmet pizzas, and you like them to come with toppings that do not resemble a value range pizzas sparse toppings that have one piece of meat and one olive on it and are larger than a 10 cent coin I suggest you don't go to this dominoes.

I gave them the benefit of the doubt with the last 4 visits and every time I was disappointed and let down.
