Pizza Hut Palmerston North Pioneer Highway — Restaurant in Palmerston North

ETA: I sent a complaint through the Pizza Hut website. The Pioneer Highway store manager called me a couple of days later and offered a refund. So I'm no longer out of pocket.

Shocking service! Stood at the counter for 5mins while 3 workers stood there ignoring me, a worker came from the back to serve me only to find the order I made a hour earlier had been missed. Ordered for delivery, expected time was half an hour. Rang the shop after 45 mins and listened to the staff arguing about who had left the order sitting there.
