My recent experience at this McDonald's was, to put it mildly, disappointing, one star is far too generous. From the outset, the service was far below what I would expect. The person taking our order at the drive-thru was abrupt and impatient, making it clear they were more interested in moving us along than providing any semblance of customer service. This negative impression was compounded when we weren't given a receipt after paying for our order. We were then rudely instructed to park on the yellow lines and wait. After a wait of approximately ten minutes, our food was eventually thrust through the window with no acknowledgment or apology for the delay. The food itself was poorly prepared. Overall, the lack of courtesy, the long wait times, and the poor quality of the food made this a truly unpleasant experience. I believe the owner and management should seriously consider providing additional customer service training for their staff. This would significantly improve the overall experience for customers. I went there on the 27th of September 2020, about 3am alone. This was part of my spiritual journey. The people i meet on my spiritual walk on my way to McDonalds, were nice. One of them asked me which song they should play. I said Poker Face. and he said, he like that. 3 of them were lovely people. Love and Light goes to them.

I ordered salad burger, chips, coke and chocolate sundae. Everything was perfect. the burger has hash brown in it and other salad. That was yummy, and healthy. The lady who served me was very nice. Terrible "music" made it hard to converse. Very expensive. I get much more for my money at the Asian takeaway shops. Besides, the toilets were filthy. Hand cleaner all over the floor in the men's, and the urine stains on the floor around urinals looked like they'd be there for a month. Urine puddle on the floor in the disabled persons toilet. Male Staff member barged past a disabled person "to beat her to the toilet" instead of using the men's. The disabled persons toilet barely has enough room to manouvre a wheelchair - let alone a mobility scooter or electric wheelchair. And there are no coat hooks. If coats need to be removed for toileting, there is only the grubby floor to put them on. For such a busy store, the above is totally unacceptable.
