Manu Mukbang — Local services in Palmerston North

This is in response to Jake Tuafolaofa's recent negative review. I'm a regular at Manu Mukbang & the countless takeaways I've got has NEVER got me food poisoning. I donot know the owners personally. Their customer service is highly esteemed and superior. Firstly, fact, the eatery DOES NOT serve salmon on their menu. Plus the owners DO NOT speak as you have accused, "poo baby... etc". Are you trying to discredit these intelligent people who both came from professional careers that taught them customer service was key to their interactions with the public? Could your false claims stem because you're either a disgruntled competitor or have a personal issue harboring?

The meals are delicious, and well worth every dollar spent. Your claims are unfounded, since out of the 1000's of, orders you are the first and only one claiming food poisoning & poor customer service. More importantly no where on Manu Mukbang's menu have they EVER sold salmon. I went there for the breakfast salmon special, my goodness I was disappointed 😞

The person (not sure on the gender sorry) that runs the store charged me $83 for a piece of salmon and chips and a drink. I didn't realize that I was charged so much when I pay waved it. I ate the meal and went on my way (fish was very dry and chips were overcooked 2/10)

I later checked my bank account as it was pay day and after seeing my weekly income check of $4300 I noticed I was horrendously over charged earlier.

I rung in to request a refund but she hung up after pretending he didn't know english. I went into the store but as she saw me he locked the door and ran to the kitchen.

I just want my money back...

Absolutely delicious 😋. My boys and I stopped for very late lunch on our way back to Wellington and boy it was so worth it. We had raw tuna, lamb with taro leaves and grilled chicken over rice. Everything was amazing, fresh and soooo full of flavour. I also would like to give a special mention to the mango and coconut drink.
