Wendy's Hamburgers — Restaurant in Palmerston North

My son and I are from Hastings took a friend to see her father in Palmy Hospital. My 13 yro son who is a type one Diabetic was sooo very excited to go to Wendy's. We Google mapped it went there it was surprisingly empty may 4 ppl in the restaurant 2 cars in carpark none in drive through. No one serving waited for a little and no one looked or came to serve us so we used the self service thing. Our meals came out quiet fast but were Luke warm. Cheesy fries the cheese didn't even look like cheese or taste like cheese. And was very watery. Nachos were the nicest thing I tried but cold and mince was again eatery. My 3/4 pound burger was very small very tasteless and warm nearly cold! Everything was very disappointing. No one spoke understandable English but looked at you and talked to you like you were the problem with communication. It was so quiet in there. No music. And then to TOP a REALLY CRAPPY experience off on Monday my son and I were sick as with violent Gastro so horrible. We have been sick all week and then I tried to submit a complaint on the Wendy's website and It won't let me and zi do not know how to contact them!!! Disgusting...

It was a warm to hot afternoon. I drove my friend who is putting up new wall paper for certain area in my house for rent to the public. I told my friends Let's try Wendy today for lunch. I use the drive through.... it was nice and sweet but The food was basic . We ordered a Fish Burger and a new Fried chicken strips. We were not impressed by the very small fish burger. My new Chicken strips were supposed to be spicy but it were plain chicken strips devoid of spicy seasoning ... so disappointing. The 2 frosty frozen drinks were better bets. We ate inside the car as we needed the energy recharge. Well a disappointing...

I haven't been to Wendy's for years, I went and ordered some food and it tasted awful, certainly didn't taste like beef. I went back recently and ordered a burger meal and it was 100 times better beef burger actually tasted like beef and the chicken burger my daughter has was very nice also nice to see Wendy's is making changes with quality of food now . So thumbs up for a franchise fast food operation bringing quality food back. Service was slow on the day we had lunch there,however they were very busy,the restaurant and drive thru were flat out.
