HELL Pizza Papakura — Restaurant in Papakura

Very disappointed with the Unearthed Hangi Pizza and service from this branch of Hells Pizza.

We made a counter order at 7.30pm and was told it was going to take 15-20minutes - Kei te pai. The order consisted of 2x Corn nuggets and 1x Unearthed Hangi Pizza. The guy was training a new staff member but felt that the person training the new staff member had really dropped the ball on customer service and keeping an eye on whose order was whose.

My partner remained seated in the seating area and saw two lots of people come place their order at the counter and the staff member came out to give their orders and away they went. It took until 8pm for someone to check on my partner - keep in mind the previous people had theirs given to them by the staff member. Now our food was cold, it wasn't offered to reheat it or anything and it was very bland and couldn't taste any Poaka on it even though you can see it on the pizza.

The only thing I could taste was the Kumara and Tomato base it was very bland for promoting it as a 'Unearthed Hangi PIzza'. We didn’t taste the Kawakawa sauce - as there was no peppery undertone taste? The service and the food was very disappointing and want to know why some people seemed to recieve preferential treatment at...

The staff was so rude they shouted at my face I was talking nicely to them I did not like this rudeness there was one Indian guy who was being mean I’m Indian and I understand they are swearing in Hindi they are not nice they were talking about the system and stuff I did not like the atmosphere bcuz everything was so messy in the kitchen yesterday I took my son to get his pizza bcuz he collected wheels from school and he asked them a question and they started shouting at him in his face I did not like this. But when I went to Pakuranga hell pizza branch the atmosphere the service and staff were so nice and friendly they answered everything politely they...

Not sure how this branch is still operating and the Hells franchise are happy with them. They are consistently poor. Often miss items off the order (dont ever use them for large orders as they won't get it right) and the actual quality of the pizzas are subpar compared to other Hells branches. I've asked for a refund of missing items previously but they just gave a voucher code that expired... So I was still out of pocket.

I love Hells Pizza and when done properly it's the best but this branch is not it. Can't wait for the day another Hells Pizza branch...
