Ordered food for my work break at 645pm, arrived and paid. Drove back to work and realised as i sat down at 715pm that they had given me the wrong food. Called and told them, they said they'd cook me new food if a brang the food i had back. So i took the food back and by this time it was 727pm... i know longer could eat as i had to go back to work. I expected some sort of compensation but to my disappointment i didnt get much. Free 6 pack of wontons. I explained that i wouldn't be able to eat the food they'd give me to replace the mistake they made until my next break at 930pm. That there error resulted in me having to drive a second time to and from the restaurant.

Im a returning customer and thought they'd be more accommodating to loyal customers but alas they didnt care. I'll be driving yo New Ruby from now on. Very...

I usually go between 7-8pm to grab a plate of their smorgasbord. There are always lots of customers coming in and out, some grabbing fish and chips and others stacking up their containers with food at the smorgasbord.

Really nice food and a great selection, they usually have 10-12 options. Carbs: fried noodles and fried rice Meat: Sweet&sour pork, honey chicken, lemon chicken, beef brisket, honey soy chicken Stir fry: Beef with brocolli, carrot, onion, celery etc. Chicken with same veges Deep fried stuff: Won tons, spring rolls, deep fried pear. im probably missing some stuff, going off memory here.

They dont put a lid on your container, they just wraping it in a takeaway bag real tight, so feel free to load it up haha, but dont be an egg about it.

Come here on 18/09/2023 we always spent a lot of money here probably the most out of all the customers $180 plus every single time always get nine of the dishes which is $20 plus each. Last few times been having heaps of eggshells in the egg for young. Which is shocking. When you spend that kind of money. And I mean a lot of eggshells in the egg for young service zero as they don’t understand English properly and so if people come here, be repaired to have heaps of eggshells in your egg for young you are better off going to KFC for better Kai and worth money value...
