I just came through drive through to get a my free coffee from the many coffees I buy from this McDonald and a very rude indian lady said in a very rude manner that I hadn't paid for the coffee I told her she should communicate with the cashier before she comes at me with her accusations. I don't mind her saying I hadnt paid but it's the way she delivered it to me as a customer. Her mannerisms is very rude. I get my coffee from your mcdonalds most morning and the service has just dropped dramatically. The young islans girls, the older indian lady and the pakeha lady with the smile in her voice everytime she serves me are the only ones who deserves to be recognised for their ongoing lovely customer service but the rest of your staff all seem to hate being there. I have been a flight attendant for years and McDonald's was one of the places used often on our training for their service but unfortunately it's not the case anymore. Your staff need to look at finding jobs they enjoy because most of them are in the wrong industry. People pay money so they expect service not someone who doesn't want to be there. The Indian lady from this morning who is giving out the drive through food is so rude, and the pakeha girl who is working right now who doesn't know how to smile needs to go find jobs somewhere where they don't have to deal with people. On arriving home, I found there was only 2 hot cakes, but there had always been 3 in the past. I didn't query this on Sunday evening, because I thought the order dropped to 2 pancakes and thought that was expensive if it had. Tonight I decided to buy a McCafe coffee and thought I would ask about the number of hotcakes at the same time and was told that it is still 3 hotcakes. But they will not replace it, because it was too late now says store manager, Cameron,. They will not replace it, because i didn't follow procedure and ring them on the day. I was told that I should have rung Sunday evening and I could have got my one pancake replaced. Honestly I really felt this is terrible customer relations, what are your thoughts. Read moreHad to make a complaint about a missing item in my order, albeit a few days late. If this order was done correctly in the first place I would not have to return to make a complaint. Now every time I visit the drive through I have to stop and check my items before leaving the drive through, sad that I can no longer trust your process. But this is not the worse part. Had to deal with 3 staff member including the manager when making the complaint and they were all so rude. After having to explain the situation a few times finally got a replacement. No apology no explanation when it’s their phone number that is not working, even when tried the number again while complaining and it still doesn’t work. Most shocking customer service ever. Been a long time customer the service is getting worse. Staff seems grumpy and rude all the time. Hope to see some improvement...
