I recently visited Apna Adda food stall with a friends, and unfortunately, our experience was far from pleasant. While we were polite and patient, the staff, especially one lady, was extremely rude. Despite us being kind and understanding, she treated us poorly when taking our orders. On top of that, she made mistakes with the orders, but instead of correcting them or offering any apology, she was dismissive and unprofessional. We are paying customers, not asking for free food, and this type of behavior is simply unacceptable. I hope they work on improving their customer service...
