These guys mix beef with lamb / goat meat. let me explain my bad experience which I encountered today(1 jul 2017). I bought a whole lamb leg and asked the butcher to chop it into small pieces. When I asked him to chop it there were none other customer than me. Few mins later the butcher gave me the chopped meat in a bag. After reaching home I have realized that there is a difference in meat color (Red) and the bones were bigger than the usual lamb leg on some pieces and some other pieces were looked like lamb meat. I strongly suspected that and wanted to clear my doubt with the butcher itself.

Immediately I took it back to the store and explained the issue to the butcher who helped me to chop the lamb leg. I was expecting that the butcher is going to advocate that it is lamb meat. Ironically he accepted that it is a beef meat, and that would be my mistake while taking the meat bag. I was trying to explain him that he was the one handover the bag to me and it wasn't even more than 30 mins before. But the butcher didnt feel sorry for his act and keep arguing that it is my mistake. Based upon my further arguments with him, I realized that the butchers were doing it purposely to make more profit.

I request everyone to be aware of this and try to avoid this store. Especially for those who won't eat beef or pork.

I found this shop on google. The website looked professional and the best part was their user friendly app. I would highly recommend to use their app. From the past few months i have been ordering home delievery of chicken from this shop. The meat is always very fresh and remains fresh in freezer for few weeks. Please try their meat. I am sure other meats are equally good. Customer service is not good I have order beef 1.4 kg including bit added fat,(for taste) they gave me 1/3 of fat, 1/3 0f bone and rest meat. Clearly I told him about bit fat not bone. I didn't check when i received, when I realized I took that to the shop asked them politely they said they don't do anything.
