Little Miss Enchanted Pamper Parties — Restaurant in Rodney

I had booked and fully paid $190 for a Deluxe Wondeeluste package that my daughter had worked hard to earn as a reward in Dec 2022. We drove 50 mins and due to incorrect Google map directions were a few mins late. I called and was told that as we were late the girls had been sent home. My daughter looked so sad and I asked if there was any way we could still have the pamper. I was told they get a lot of no shows. I thought I would have had a phone call before sending the staff home a few minutes after the time we were supposed to be there. The owner reluctantly agreed to do the treatment herself but I was left so upset by the way this was handled I cried for the first half of the pamper. I really wanted to say something but didn't want to ruin it for my daughter. We only really recieved half of the package as there was only one staff member rather than two. I had to ask specifically for parts of it to be done that my daughter had been looking forward to and I missed out a lot of what we'd paid for. The 'drink me bubbles' was semi flat lemonade and the 'eat me chocolates' a random few Cadbury favourites chocolates. This place has alot of potential..however I must say I was a little disappointed at our experience today. My 2 year old enjoyed it, but she is only 2 and doesn't understand value for money or quality. She enjoyed the toys and princess bed... We paid $185 for a mother and daughter deluxe nail pamper package.... it would have been a much nicer experience having our nails done at the same time together rather than have one person doing both of us to drag out the 1.5 hour booking slot. My daughter was disappointed there were no fairies there to greet her... which is deceiving based on images on website....and the cafe wasn't even open.... My daughter and I didn't get offered any nail art.. My little girl only got offered glitter top coat for her nails. My nails are all lumpy with lines from the gel coat polish. I felt a bit let down by the whole experience to be completely honest. I hope the new location they are moving to adds some spark for the owner to do more for her customers. I was left feeling like I could have made it a more magical experience for kids myself. Very disappointed with our mum and daughters pamper package. We drove almost 1.5 hours to get there and sat in a little wooden chair with a home foot spa which we dipped out feet in for a couple of mins, Some foot scrub put on our feet washed off and nails painted. Then moved to a different room to paint my daughter's nails. We didn't get nail art or cream/massage but she did put some impulse on my daughter's wrist, a sticker tiara and put some lip gloss on. Also the princess hosts aren't apart of the experience which doesn't actually say on the website I just assumed they were and the kids aren't able to pop a princess dress on either which again I just assumed would be part of the experience to have a little play and explore. But the whole venue isn't as per pictures online. Apparently these photos are over 5 years old and how the venue used to look before they moved to a new place. When I spoke with the owner she really didn't care and just said there was nothing to sort out that we received what we paid for.
