Very disappointing McDonald’s. Never write reviews.. ever but this one called for it. Sure the food is fine for McDonalds standards. Fine at best though. We’ve had multiple occasions where our order is missing something whether that be half the chicken nuggets or a burger. My partner and her sister ordered food the other night and the worker accidentally gave the order to the wrong person, oh well shit happens. It got bad when the manager came out and accused them of scamming the McDonalds. The workers were apologetic on his behalf for his actions however we found this unacceptable regardless we waited for 45 minutes in the drive through for the food and were compensated with 3 extra chicken nuggets, this was after the manager refused to not listen to his staff nor us the customers. We’ve had another occasion where we went there to get sundaes for desert we waited for 25-30 minutes and then went up to the counter, bear in mind we were at the seat directly to the left of the counter and the worker had left the sundaes out and not called out our order. The sundaes were melted and the worker didn’t care at all. In summary the place needs a lot of work on their staff and the training behind it. I get they aren’t getting paid a heap, neither do I but you get paid to do a job so try do it properly please and the manager does seriously need to reflect on how he acts towards his staff and customers because it’s quite frankly unacceptable. Read moreBeen here a few times since they have opened and its something different every time. nothing like going there for a quick feed on your way home from work only to be met with 30 minute wait times on a drive thru with only 2 cars in front of you. The bloke that designed the car park and drive thru shouldn’t be allowed to design again with that diabolical layout, especially with the way that pay window is setup. I drive a small car with a long front end and struggle to even get near the window without barely missing the ballards, i couldn’t imagine how people in big cars feel and it only feels like a matter of time if i decide keep going there that i will scrape my car. Tonight i only ordered two mcchickens and a frozen coke with no addons and somehow they messed every part up, drive thru was quick this time but still both burgers were cold and crusty, one mcchicken came with cheese instead of mayo and the large frozen coke was only half filled and mostly ice. I get it only opened a few weeks ago which is why i’ve tried it multiple times but it feels like it gets worse every time i go. Read moreOn Saturday the 7th September, my partner and 10 year old daughter stopped in at this location to grab some breakfast before her netball game later that morning. We pulled through the drive thru and placed our order where we were later sent to park up where we were told our order will be brought to us. 5 mins later we were presented with a bag we assumed was half of our order but upon further inspection it was incorrect. The young female worker seemed very disorientated and confused with which bag to give us. We went inside the restaurant after waiting another 10min in the car before we decided something was wrong. Upon waiting at the counter with no customer attention for a further 10min we interacted with other customers as we shared our fustrations with our orders being incorrect. After the long wait at the counter we finally got spoken to and our order was correct however the entirety of this mistake took us an extra 30min making us later for our daughters netball game. We understand mistakes can be made the the lack of urgency and simpathy is what this encounter lacked.
