I HIGHLY SUGGEST NOT ORDERING OFF OF UBER EATS. I barely ever do reviews but this time I had to, this is about the 5th or 6th time they've either not given something that was paid for or forgotten something such as the sauce for the Maple Sweet chilli chicken bites(what's the point in calling it that if you're not going to put sauce on it), or they've dug their literal finger NAILS into the burger bun, or is it adding too much salt to a whopper wanting to give my partner/YOUR CUSTOMER high calestreol? Or was it forgetting straws for the 3 drinks we ordered OR is it "forgetting" a large fries AND regular fries- all those things in ONE ORDER yet alone our past orders on Uber Eats(makes me think by now you are just doing it on purpose to save time and money.) I am proud to say neither myself, my partner or her mother will EVER be getting from that store again. It's just happened too many times and it's unforgivable at this point. I do INNERSTAND that we ordered off of Uber Eats and could have walked to the store but we are literally paying you money to make the food for us... AKA your job if you don't want to do it I'll do it for you. Thank you for yet again another let down and piss poor performance, was looking forward to my two fry packets that i paid for. P.S You can't tell me your store was that busy at 10pm thanks for giving us our moneys worth($64 delivered) oh wait.. you didn't... 😐

Read moreWent through the drivethru, girl on the other end of the speaker seemed as though she was competent enough to be taking the order. She confirmed what coupon I wanted. All good. Paid $21something for a coupon 01, added bacon, cheese & onion.
When I went to eat my order. The chips were under cooked and greasy. The burgers were WRONG. Some of the cheapest on the menu and I also DON’T EAT BEEF.
So I proceeded to call them, so they could rectify the situation (as I was on the other side of town). The Indian initially answered the phone, and then hung up on me and wouldn’t answer the phone after that. Even though I rung, like 20 times, with NO response.
One simple task to complete, at which the restaurant was very quiet time. But still couldn’t get the order right. Infact, the establishment is always stuffing up the orders, one way or another - never once getting an order completely correct.
Anyway. I had to waste my time, diesel and energy by driving to the Andersons bay Burger King…. Where I was hardly acknowledged… the indian man behind the counter could barely speak English - which was frustrating… I asked for a refund. To which he agreed and then proceeded to throw the incorrect order into the bin (which seems like an ABSOLUTE WASTE) And didn’t even try to compensate me, nor did he apologise for screwing the order up.

Chips were cold as and we decided to go and return and ask for fresh ones. They didn't like that and gave us even worse ones. Opsss never annoy a chef. The crispy chicken burger had a sad looking tomato slice and tiny pieces of lettuce as a salad with heaps of mayo. Patty was good. Burger bun was stodgy. Our plant base chicken burger had a better presentation, still a faux chicken patty is a hard thing to master. Overall the stuff served was miles away from the pictures on the wall around the eatery.
