Have a very short window when I can pick up food for my dinner. So at 6.07pm I ordered a $15 deal for 6.40pm.
When I arrived the place was very busy and staff were pretty much ignoring the front counter. When I did get the attention of a staff member I showed them my phone screen with order number. They just nodded and went back to the kitchen area.
At 6.55pm, 15 minutes after my pizza was ordered for the app all of a sudden said that the pizza had been picked up. I get the attention of a staff member and state that I’ve been here since pickup time, my name hasn’t been called out and I haven’t received the proof yet.
She goes around the back and then comes back saying it’s going to be another ten minutes. This will set it as 25 minutes past the time I ordered it, and 58 minutes after I ordered it on the app.
I say you will need to cancel it as I’m out of time now and have to go back to work.
It’s now 2.5 hrs later. I’m starving. The food has been charged to my visa and not charged back. There has been no txt, email or call saying your food is waiting for you, otherwise it has been cancelled. So either they didn’t make my food in the end and charged me for it anyhow, or they have it sitting in the warmer for the last 2.5 hours without bothering checking on it.
I realise restaurants get busy, but if you’re going to be that far off the time off a pre-booked meal at a fast food restaurant you should let the customer know so they can go elsewhere.

For this experience I give Service 1/5. They were two busy to deal with customers and they messed up my food.
Food 0/5, it never arrived Atmospheric 2/5, it’s a lobby of a takeaway, not much to do. Giving Anna erase of 1/5 for my rating.
Ok, it’s probably unfair to hold a grudge over one ERY bad experience, and since I go there twice a week on average, it’s time for a second review.
Yesterday I ordered (through app) a large Buffalo Chicken Pizza with Cheesy Garlic Stuffed Crust.
The service was top notch, the pizza was ready when I arrived. The lady serving knew which pizza was mine, maybe because it was a slow day and there were few orders, or maybe because they recognise me as I go there so often.
The pizza tasted fantastic. It was well presented with the sauce and topping evenly spread. The pizza was cut well, so when I ate it, each piece easily separated from the rest.

Read moreI ordered 4 extra large pizzas. 3 arrived in good condition, the 4th had lost it's toppings. I phoned and asked for a replacement. This was sent out immediately. I returned the untouched original pizza to the driver. The problem arose, when I realised that the replacement pizza, was infact not the pizza that I had ordered. The manager, instore at the time, told me that he could not send me a replacement for my replacement pizza unless I paid the delivery fee again.
