Curbside Toastie — Restaurant in South Island

Really really yummy! The customer service was amazing, quick and friendly. We tried the strawberry lemonade which was not too sour and not too sweet, just the perfect mix of both! We also had the chicken melt which was also really good and fresh. The only thing that we didn’t quite like was that one of the cheeses on the toastie was too strong for us personally. We still enjoyed the sandwich and I think it’s just how you like your cheese and we prefer really really mild cheeses😂🤭 The whole atmosphere made our experience here even better. Good vibes, clean, good music, lots of spaces for sitting inside and big window front! A good place for a nice snack and not too expensive at all:) All in all...

I am borderline obsessed with this place. My partner and I were on holiday and looking for a place to grab a simple and light breakfast. Curbside Toastie seemed perfect! I had the hot honey bacon toastie, and it was fabulous. Perfectly toasted with an excellent cheese pull. The bacon added some wonderful saltiness, and the hot honey was an excellent accompaniment. All the staff were fabulous, and super lovely and accommodating. 10/10...

The hot honey bacon is worth the drive from Christchurch every time, has been for months. Owner is a gentle kind man who serves a 10/10 feed every time 😎 alternative milk is steamed to perfection and pairs perfectly with the rotating selection of biscuits ( biscoff, red velvet, nutella - MUST be heated ) Love Curbside with all and more of my heart 🫶
