Upon first glance at the business it seemed like a nice cosy welcoming coffee shop.

I walk through the doors with a smile, give the fella a g'day, to no response. I then go up to the counter to the lady and say hey prior to ordering and got no response, so continued to make my coffee order to a straight faced individual. Due to this, my comment and opinion earlier on "cosy welcoming coffee shop" abruptly changed.

Evidently, when a regular comes in, or someone they know, they're a lot more welcoming and conversate well.

In regards to the coffee itself, the beans they get supplied were very good, the temperature of the coffee itself was spot on, but when asking for sugar, 1 sugar is equivalent to about 2 in a standard...
