Domino's Pizza Andersons Bay — Restaurant in South Island

Was quite disappointed with my experience on the 14th of March.. Ordered online arrived just before estimated pick up time just to wait another 10 minutes to find out that 1 of my pizza was ready but they had forgotten to make the other pizza, garlic bread and chicken wings (never told me this though but I could hear and see them talking about it) So as my pizza is getting cold they're starting my other food so have to wait another 15 minutes :( and had to hurry home because of my toddler... To then find that they hadn't put any sauces that I had asked for so now I've payed extra! Also my garlic bread was barely cooked. So and all round bad experience :( Wanted to ring and complain but no one picked up Everytime I rang :( Also no apology what so ever...

Giving 1 star as can’t give less! Finish work just before midnight. Cold wet night, figure something warm for dinner would be nice, open the app, select a store, order two pizzas, pay. Get told pizza will be ready between 1208-1212. Plenty of time to make it to store.

Get to store, it’s closed, like not even any workers cleaning up. Check the app, yip, it says my pizza is being prepared and will be ready 1208-1212. Check the door, says they closed at 11am, it’s tomorrow they are open until 1am.

How am I supposed to know the hours. I assume when I order from their app that it would only list open stores, and not take orders for closed stores. It’s not like I ordered for the next day or anything.

A few years back Domino's pizza used to be rather bland with few toppings and, as a result, I refused to eat their pizza. I was pleasantly surprised by the massive increase in taste and the amount of toppings I received on my pizzas last night. I had two pizzas from their $5 range and despite the cheap price, the pizzas were well made and quite tasty.
