KFC Roslyn — Restaurant in South Island

I went into KFC Roslyn with my mate Sam, to order a Zinger Box through the Drive Thru. The Zinger Box in question was cold by the time I had recieved it. The chicken was dry, although well seasoned. It was also lukewarm, not cold, but certainly not hot. The chips were hot and crispy, but had little to no salt. My Zinger burger was good, the chicken was fairly crispy, however there was not much mayo in the burger, which made the rest of it quite dry. The mashed potatos and gravy were hot, but tasted like wet tarsal, this disgusted me. I also had to wait for 20 minutes to get my Coke from the drive thru, and it was 50% Ice. Overall, the meal was fairly enjoyable, but there was just a few things wrong with my food. The atmosphere was very dull and boring. The bro Sam eats KFC everyday and hates it here, but it is his only option, as he lives nearby, and because of his weight can't walk more than 2km. I am sorry for this review but hope to see improvement in the service, food, and environment, because this place has heaps of potential to be a location that I visit very often. I pre ordered online for pick up at 4.40pm...arrived it was not ready...was served by "jess" she gave me my order and I specifically asked her if there was an extra slider as I had ordered one and was told yes....drive home went to hand everyone their meals and the slider was missing...rang the store spoke to a lovely girl in the phone who organized a store credit as we like a wee drive away from the store.
