Terrible. The service was terrible the food was terrible. The plate my food came on was dirty and they covered it up with sauce I didn’t ask for. They even tried to justify their actions. They made me feel as if everything was my fault and yes I am a fussy customer but when one pays $28 for scrambled eggs and bacon you better be sending out the best damn scrambled eggs and bacon. I ate it begrudgingly because I didn’t want to waste my money because of bad service. My coffee had little white specks in it which they blamed on the soy milk and then they told me if I wanted a coffee that I would have to have different milk!!!! I was told however after standing around waiting for someone to remedy the soggy toast that was under the scrambled eggs with shells in it that they would refund the whole meal, make me a new one and make me a new coffee. We had been there for almost 45 minutes so I didn’t want to be there any longer so I declined. It wasn’t about getting a refund or even getting a whole new meal it was about giving the very best service and food to begin with. So I would not recommend this establishment to anyone especially if you don’t want to come home and write a novel like the one I’m writing now about how terrible the experience was. The only good thing about this place was the company I was in and I was constantly apologizing to him for my pickiness. Don’t come here!!!! It...

I am sad to write this review today. I took my mother and two children out for an early mothers day lunch, we were very excited as we don't often get to go out together. The building is beautiful and the views amazing but this was all let down by the service we received. We ordered off the menu but could not get exactly what we wanted as they explained that they had run out of food required to make a fairly simple BLT which was the bacon. Then I ordered a salmon bagel but they then needed to check they had the salmon (really). Anyway we found a table it was covered in dishes but I thought they would come and clear it soon, the waitress came and clear and cleaned the table beside us and I thought great she will clear ours next no she didn't. So we piled up the dishes and brushed the table down, finally our three hot drinks arrived, sadly they were cold. But our table was cleared. Next the food arrived again not hot. I was really disappointed. This outing of 4 drinks, 1 bagel & 3 small plates of crepes cost $83 WHAT!!! Then my mother went to get a cold water no glasses, so my mum politely asked for one she was told they were all in the dish washer and would not be available for another 10mins. This was my first and definitely my last visit to Coffee...

Courteous service, yummy piccolos and spot-on peanut butter bliss balls. The only sad part was half of the tables couldn’t be used due to COVID restrictions. Time to support small, local businesses. This one is surely worth it. This is our regular pit stop for coffee and magazines. The staff we encountered on our last visit was friendly, helpful and smiling. The latte was perfect and the baking was scrumptious. Thanks, team. Another Sunday stopover on the way to home from town at one of our favorites. As usual it was busy and we were served very warm by the girl behind the counter. Our coffees were perfect and the courgette fritters were yummm too. Until we struck a strand of hair in the fritters. That put us off. Gave the leftover back to the girls at the counter. That's where it...

The staff are very friendly, fast service and very nice food and drink. Even though it was abit pricey but worth the money. Bagel Salmon was amazingly tasty. Fresh and my teenager loved it. Ice tea was perfectly made. Not too sweet and ice chocolate was great. Generous amount. Cheese cake is yum. They have a great match latte. Unfortunately they ran out that day. Omg the view is amazing especially sit by the window. What a beautiful view. If you are tourist. This place is great. Only downside is the parking.

Nice coffee but absolutely horrendous matcha. $8.5 for something that tasted like straight garbage water, my friends can vouch this aswell. Matcha is a cultural drink so when it’s done poorly it’s quite disappointing, and the expensive price is just a joke just and profiting on what’s “trendy” with no care given to its execution. Think u guys need to change up ur method before charging people that undeserving price tag
