Probably the dirtiest McDonalds I have ever visited. Tables and seats do not get cleaned here, almost every surface you can find is sticky af. When telling the staff they did not see any reason to clean the facilities, nor even understand how dirty the place is. Therefore I did not dine there and took my order as a takeaway which I regretted after because the food was not worthy of eating. I can not comprehend how you can make such a bad McDonalds Burger with all the guidelines they have? Every Burger normally tastes the same in every other Store except here. Burnt patties and soggy buns, tasted like it was made the previous month. Did not go back to complain because I did not feel they would understand my issue due to denying obvious health and safety issues in the restaurant.    Read moreTHIS IS HANDS DOWN THE BEST MCDONALDS LOCATION I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. back in maybe 2018 mum took me and my little brother here after a bad day at the beach and she had what she calls the BEST MOCHA EVER. Its a reoccurring comparison to every drink she has had since.
I come in to get a milkshake and sometimes a meal every other Friday after therapy and HOLY MOLY IS IT ALWAYS FLAWLESS AND CHEERS ME UP INSTANTLY.
but the quality isn't even the best part,, the service is absolutely fantastic.. like wow! Every single staff member is always so cheerful and kind and it honestly makes me and mums day. We'd pull through the drive through after placing our order and I'll always say "wow they were lovely! So cheerful and bright!"

Your behaviour tonight was absolutely embarrassing for yourself and for the stores reputation. An honest mistake did not warrant the complete overreaction you displayed. As a manager, professionalism and respect should be the standard, yet your response was anything but.
If you are unable to treat people with respect, perhaps management is not the right role for you. You could take note from the way other customers reacted calmly and respectfully rather than resorting to a childish outburst.
I hope that you can reflect on your actions from tonight and realise there was no need for such aggression and could've been handled in a mature way.
