Patisserie Royale — Restaurant in Tasman

We come here on a regular basis, we are a big fan of the coffee and the baked goods. The staff however are not that customer friendly. My wife who is very pregnant at the moment asked to use the bathroom, she was denied to go even though it was 10 past 12 and they only close at 1pm... they said they were cleaning it already so we asked if the would reopen it and they said maybe. My wife asked them if that meant yes or no but they still said hopefully yes... 🤔 we’ve waited outside for several minutes but they didn’t open it...sad because she was really in pain because of the pregnancy. Don't get coffee from this place! Ordered a small flat white which is single shot in a small cup, but all i got was foamed milk and maybe half a shot of coffee. Couldn't feel any taste. Went back to sort it out, was told that yes thats a single shot and i'd have to pay for a extra shot if i want stronger coffee. For a place meant to have THE award winning sausage roll, it was anything but. We have travelled the country and have tasted so many so consider ourselves semi experts, and this was horrible.
