4.5/5

I had popcorn cauliflower on rice, and my wife had a tofu bibimbap. They were both very filling, tasty, and probably some of the most generous portions you can get for that size at a restaurant in Dunedin. I don't generally adore cauliflower, but when it's done right, especially this way, it's amazing. Staff are very friendly.

The menu is quite limited, and there was only one option that was both gluten-free and vegetarian, but it was impressive enough to come back for. I'm assuming the limited menu helps keep the prices and wait times down.

The messy-ish seating area can be explained by us arriving in the middle of lunch, but the windows and the footpath sign need...

We came here for a quick dinner at about 7:40 on a Saturday night. I heard about the Korean Fried Chicken from FB posts of friends and realized that this was the place. This place have just opened a month ago according to information we gathered. It is owned by the same people who owns the Miga Korean Restaurant in the corner of Hanover and Filleul Sts. We ordered taken but they've run out so changed it to a Chicken Bap. The food was yummy, well priced and served very quickly. The service was courteous, fast and friendly. I gave it a four because the full rubbish bin was in the entrance and the table was...

Really good value and yummy food for the price. I really enjoyed my bulging Bibimbab, the teoppoki and pork bun. The only down side was that the table wasn’t cleaned and I got irritated and interrupted by people waiting for takeaways three times while dining here. Young people in this city really got no manners, they just grabbed the chair of my table without asking and making HUGE noises when leaving, THREE times! It’s their own doing however the shop should be responsible for organising waiting area or asking them to wait outside to not disturb...

If you are on a budget, you're better off cooking at home. Can't cook? Come here ASAP. By far, one of the MOST AFFORDABLE food you can get in Dunedin. Food : Delicious and affordable for it's price point! Overall 4.5/5 Service : When it gets busy service might be a bit hectic but that's understandable. Staffs are consistently polite! Overall 4/5 Atmosphere : When it gets crowded indoors ot will be a bit noisier and spaces will get congested very quickly. Overall 3/5 could be improved. AGAIN IF YOU ARE ON A BUDGET, COME HERE!!!

Flavours were great but do not expect to get what the pictures look like, my Tteokbokki rice cakes only had 7 peices, the rest were glass noodles that wasn't listed on the ingredients. When I expressed my disappointment the staff just explained that's how the dish is. That's when I decided to photo and review :( my bf's bibimbap rice bowl had edamame, regular beets and maybe some cucumber instead of the usual sprouts, daikon and spinach etc. Both tasted good though , just annoying to not get what you are expecting.

This place is famous for their fried chicken, we tried it and I can say is really flavorful. The plate is big, comes with a good portion of rice and vegetables. We also had the dumplings, which are huge and also delicious. The place is always busy, we had to wait around 10 min for our food to be served and we were there in between lunch and dinner. There are several tables to sit down. Overall very good price/quality relationship, dumplings were 3.5 dollars each and chicken was 12 dollars.
