Have always been a milan fan, we regularly buy butter chicken from here at least once a fortnight. But never ever again! In the past 6 months it has not been great to deal with. I purchased two family pack 2 online and got there to collect only to get outside thinking this doesn't feel like enough meals so I checked it and realized only one family pack was given so I went back in and the old guy was standing at the check out vaping, that didn't even bother me much it was how he responded when I tried to tell him I paid 120 for 2 family pack 2s and only got one. He argued with me and I explained again then showed him my online order and he told me that's my fault as I needed to write 2 x 2 family pack 2 online, I tried to explain I can't write anything when I'm purchasing online I can only click the number family packs I wanted and then pay for it. He kept telling me I needed to write 2x2 etc I was getting annoyed now and said look I just want my other family pack I've paid for or I want my money back. He gave me my family pack but that was a bit pathetic, Secondly after ordering online again on a Sunday we went down to get it to find they were closed.... so I face book msg them saying look we have just paid over $100 for a meal online but you guys are closed please sort your website out and give us a call so we can be refunded. He rang and left a msg to say that we can come in and use the credit or be refunded. So we went in on our child birthday only 5 days later and said I'd made an online booking for 12 for 5.30 he said no I didn't and I said yes I did. I tried to show him but he kept saying no no no I can only do 3 tables , I said I just want a table to seat 12 as I had already booked us online he said no no 3, it wasn't even busy in there, they had plenty of tables to make us fit but wouldn't. We then mentioned we have credit here as we had ordered our food but they were closed! He said NO, we said yes so I showed him my phone again and he just said No.. my husband got mad and said mate listen to this voice recording from you and he played it back and he then the man said awwww yes and we said look can we just have a refund and we will go to the other restaurant to eat as it's out sons birthday, he said no no no refund u have to use it as a takeaway meal at this point we are getting really mad. He states on the voice message we can get a refund but now he wouldn't refund us.. so we eneded up taking it as a take away as thats all we could but honestly what a joke. I will never order again from here. That man is rude and the butter chicken we got is basically sauce now anyway so we ordered from the other place down the road, and what a beautiful meal and amazing people to deal with. Manager was good when I ordered but when i came home and saw what i got which wasn’t I ordered so i rung them and their so called manager Shub couldn’t able to understand and deal with the things so how could someone manage a restaurant like this. It’s like they deserve to hire an untrained manager who doesn’t know how to talk to customers. I don’t wna say this thing but if you are earning today, that only because of we people cos we come and have our meals at your place by paying our hard earned money for it. Well, when he transferred the call to one of the chef and I started the conversation “with due respect sir” and without listening to me he started yelling on me by saying that i have no status and reputation to say and even asked why did they do that to me by overcharging and giving something else and he was very vulgar which I can’t even say. Both haven’t apologised at all. I have got the proof and recording what he said to me over the phone and also what they charged for and what they gave me. Just wna say one thing to whosoever was over the phone. Is that the same way you talk to your family members and these are your etiquettes and this is what you want to teach your kids to learn from you. People only argue cos we pay you to get the food in our plates but not for free. So kindly don’t tell anyone that they don’t have any status or reputation. Read moreFirst time there and all I can say is I won't be back. We had a large table booking, it was freezing cold, no heating. I had my children (5, 9months & 2yrs) so a bit of rice on the ground and my daughter had dropped a glass & service went down hill from there the owner come out complaining about it, it was explained that they're children he sighed and stated "that's not my problem" so NOT kid friendly! I wanted to walk out after that, the feeling was not nice. He was rude from there out, clearing the table while people where still eating, complaining a person was sitting to close to the table behind us? Maybe that's why we were the only table & the place was empty? There's no post mix so soda from the bottles and a flat coke Zero was served, no hot drinks available. Food was the star of the show, very delicious however the EXPERIENCE was horrible so my family & I won't be back. ( As a former duty manager here's some free advice - 1. Experience is key so customer service is everything - cater to the needs of the people spending their hard earnt money at your restaurant, wait on them with appreciation that they choose to spend it at your business. 2. Read the room, if it's cold, turn on heating ( fix the broken heater) 3. Children entertaining themselves and running around? Offer colouring in pages, toys ect to keep them occupied. 4.
