As an Asian who knows good pho from bad pho, this place is pretty dang good. I’ve been searching for Authentic pho for a long time and have tried many places and let me tell you, this place tops them all. The broth was flavourful (a tad salty than what I like but not a big deal) and the noodles were cooked to perfection….not too soft or undercook. My husband had the Ban mi and it too was a win. I had the spicy pork Bahn mi and it was DELICIOUS. It was both a great portion size, and incredibly fresh tasting. I’ve never had a better sandwich in my 20 years of living in Nelson.
