Hell Pizza Albany — Restaurant in Upper Harbour

I'm not going to lie, all Hell's Pizzas are amazing, but I have had so many problems with delivery from this store! I order the same pizza everytime without pork, and 3 times now it has shown up with pork. Because of this, I am always so clear when I make my order, but tonight it happened again. I rung and told them and the guy said "no it doesn't, I made it myself!" um... yes it does, would you like me to send you a picture?!" (see photo attached) Then he proceeded to tell me that I would have to pay the delivery charge to get another! I already paid an extra delivery charge because I live on the border of their delivery zone. Why should I have to pay an extra charge for your mistake?! Then they said "sorry we can't deliver, you can have a voucher" Are you for real??? I have also emailed the company about this the last time it happened, and never heard a thing. Really...

I ordered at 7:27. Part of my order was not delivered (8:08)- I called them to ask for it to be refunded to the card, but they insisted they would bring me the rest of my order.. over one hour and nothing came(9:12) I called again, just to have it refunded to my card, felt really sketchy that they wanted my account details or they would have someone drink the rest out side note I’ve already eaten I guess just bring me the rest of my order that I paid for since you can’t really refund me (it would also take 2 days to refund the amount).. the pizza did not taste very good. the dessert I ordered was just a brownie between two mini buns.. it was very disappointing- I will not be ordering...

Driver cracked the wood on the side of my driveway and scraped the bottom of his aqua, Lied about it. Shift manager decided to call me and tell me I was lying.. Didn't tell them i have camera's down the driveway that recorded it all... Main manager called, decided to tell me the structural wood held up by pillars was boxing wood from when the driveway was built (It's not). Mentioned he would "send some people over to fix it". I said id take a couple of pizza vouchers instead (as i didn't want this job done by people i don't know are credible).. Never received the vouchers.. Very untrustworthy. Funny...
