I ordered Wicked Lunch and an additional 2 pieces of chicken today and got home to find out that there ‘re only 2 wicked wings. I tried calling them to inform them about it but no one answered. As per the receipt, it was Edna V. who had taken the order but the one who prepared my order was this white lady + an asian boy. I trusted that there won’t be any problem with my order because there’s no line at 15:49pm and no one is ordering after me and 2 of them helps to prepare the order. How can they even make a mistake but I was wrong.
Less than 2 months ago, this same white lady (I don’t know her name) who seems very nice have missed one of the items ordered by the lady in front of me who’s got some kids. Back then I checked my order to see if there’s anything missing too but it’s all good, fortunately.
The wings I ordered today are cold when I opened it so I don’t know if it was prepared and put in a box ahead of time (I live nearby). If not, this lady needs to be trained again if the same mistake of missing an item is getting repeated instead of having her focus on delivering the order super fast most especially if it’s not even busy. Read moreI placed an online order and arrived at 7.45PM this evening on 02.06.23. My time for pickup was 7.30pm. When i asked for my order, i was then told i would have to wait 15-20min for the chicken to cook. I took it for assumption the online ordering system must be delayed by 15-20min to why i have to wait (this was my first time ordering online at this store). To one of the workers at the counter yelling out order number(s) to the top of her lungs was very unnecessary, and we were the only customers in the building. I dont think people can hear through the glass whilst sitting in their cars. The lack of follow-up for customer(s) waiting needs major work. I was almost cut off by an urber driver trying to retrieve there order, oh no, sir, you can wait as i have been here far too long and i am going to see if my order is ready. I then receive my order only to get to my car to find half of my order missing 😡 I go back in and the expression on the employees face was Oh, il get it 🙄 No apology, just here. We decided to take a chance and get take out for our boys!!! 4 hours, no potty breaks and a very tired mom and dad (hubby and I) just enter the drive thru, 2 cars behind a vehicle who placed an order and all the lights went out at 10.00pm. KFC closed for the night, no warning or announcement from Management!!!! The only person who did say something was a member of the public who was walking to cars letting people know "no more original chicken but only hot chicken and they are closing soon" but I checked the website and it said 11.00pm but I didn't see any notices along the road side or outside the shop. I understand that's its been a month we and have all been in lockdown and clearly the volume of people that decided they wanted take away on the first day of level 3 must have been overwhelming for most businesses but this has really left a bad taste in my mouth and the saddest part is arriving back home empty handed and my youngest son so upset and was so looking forward to his chicken pops.
