Had been here years ago but never went back after.

Dropped in here for a 'why not' recently and was remarkably surprised at the change since. Really good Kai all round, and very good table service. Place was clean enough (and was lunch time so the table staff were obviously on the ball) and a very welcoming atmosphere. Does big groups or just couples or yourself if you have no friends. Kid friendly and has high chairs ready to go. Pricing as expected, there is no such thing as cheap and good so if you're one of those then go to a bakery and don't winge.

Recommend the ribs! they were lovely.

Will definitely drop in again when around that area.

Easy parking, big open cafe plenty of space, has outdoor area too. Toilets.

I went to the cafe this morning and planned to wait for my family there. Since it's a Hong Kong cafe, I decided to order a cup of milk tea. The young waitess at the counter asked the older Chinese woman to tell me more. The middle-aged Chinese woman talked to me arrogantly and impatiently. Whatever I asked, she told me they didn't serve it. She even suggested that I shouldn't have the unhealthy drink and should have more healthy Earl Green Tea. It's a lilltle bit crazy for a Hong Kong cafe to be reluctant to serve the guests Hong Kong milk tea. And also it's clear that the middle-aged Chinese woman was discriminating against women from China as they always do. Maybe they think Chinese couldn't speak English and even couldn't write the...

We called to order takeout at 11:20 and were told it would take 40 minutes to prepare the food. When we went to pick up the order at 12:00, we were told that they were very busy today and we would have to wait an additional 20-30 minutes. Since we needed to be back home by 1:00 for our baby to sleep, we asked about the progress at 12:15 and were shocked to hear that they hadn't even started preparing the food! We had ordered four dishes, and it's impossible for them to be ready in just 15 minutes. If they knew they were busy, why did they make us wait for 40 minutes initially? This was my first time ordering from this restaurant, and it will definitely be the last. We ended up canceling the order, and it was a complete waste of...
