As a regular customer to Swish Factory, we watch the evolution of this place and we know we are in good hands when we come to this place.
Been coming here over the last two years to shoot hoops and joining various training camps - both weekdays and weekends - and this is by far the best training facility we often visit as a family.
We always enjoy the flexible booking system where you can just book one class at a time or as many as you like down the stretch, all from the click of a computer or just your phone.
The place is well maintained with water fountain onsite. The high ceiling keeps it ventilated and comfy to stay and watch kids play.
What we have enjoyed the most is the coaching staff and their various training options. Our son has attended many of the programs here, eg. short and sweet weekday 45min group classes, all-day holiday camps and shooting clinics.
But it is the private one-on-one sessions with one of their lead coaches Rashid that my son has enjoyed the most. As a parent it’s fascinating to watch the coach setting up various activities and drills that are specific to the player. We find these 1-on-1s are great mix of fun, high intensity whilst enjoyable and challenging.

Read moreThis has been the most unstructured holiday program I have ever experienced. From the very beginning, communication was minimal—only the schedule was provided, with no clear instructions on what to bring. Upon arrival, the only point of contact was a tablet where parents were expected to sign in their children, and that was it.
After waiting past 9:00 AM, there was no sign of staff members or supervision, which I had assumed would involve more than one person assisting the children. Eventually, I found what turned out to be the sole coach inside the staff room. He responded to my questions with little enthusiasm and confirmed that he would be the only one supervising. When I left, it was just him and 22 children. Meanwhile, external workers were present, seemingly working on assembling or repairing courts, with at least two laborers on-site.
I will definitely not choose this program again. There is a significant need for improvement in terms of arrival protocols, staff-to-child ratio, and overall safety measures. The daily cost is $65, which does not reflect the quality of service provided. I have attended several holiday programs, including more affordable sports-based ones, and this is by far the one I would...
Read moreWe found Swish Factory while holidaying in Auckland, and had ten 1/1 sessions with Rashid. The facilities are fantastic, and kept improving after each visit (fully-equipped gym, courtside seating and lockers were added). The side court setup provided plenty of space to complete shooting, finishing and footwork drills. Rashid is a patient and encouraging mentor with international ball and skills development experience. Over the 3-4 weeks our 13-year old worked on his ball-handling, finishing and shooting. We watched his skills and confidence improve with each session, and he enthusiastically looked forward to each session.
The Dr Dish auto shooting machines upstairs were fantastic. You can get hundreds of shots up per hour, and they also offer analytics to hone your form.
The Swish staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. It was obvious that they are building a culture to support younger ballers with affordable programs and the mutual respect between coaches, kids and parents meant that the vibe was always positive.
If you love basketball and want to share that love with your kids, Swish Factory is the perfect venue, and if you want to get to the next level with your game the team will help...
