We ordered butter chicken, two naan breads, and a couple of drinks. The food was just okay—about a 7 out of 10—which was a letdown considering all the great reviews on Google. I get that people have different tastes, but it was still a bit of a bummer. What really bothered me was that our table was a mess with curry stains and crumbs, and I had to clean it myself with some napkins.
What really got my attention was when the guy who seemed like the owner or manager overcharged me. (It's not hard to work out the total when we've only ordered few items) I noticed him hesitating and staring at the POS machine, which made me suspicious. I was in a rush, so I just paid the overcharged amount and didn't say anything, but it's really frustrating that this kind of behaviour happens so often. A lot of people don't check their receipts, and they end up paying more than they should. So, if you're going to this restaurant, make sure to ask for a detailed itemized receipt and double-check the charges before you pay. It is not the amount, it is the principal. Hope the owner gets to see this and rectify the issue so that other customers don't end up experiencing the same. Food was definitely above average but the service is just as...

Got to be my favourite eatout at the moment. Delicious mains but unfortunately ordered 2 garlic naans and only got one that may or may not have had garlic and the other no garlic. They were completely different. Very generous size though. The other Indian restaurant close by knows how to do garlic naan! All in all a good experience and food tasty. Rice came with the curries, but couldn't find that on menu. Would have given 5 stars if naan...

Unlike other restaurants where the sauce is thin/watery - or a single note - this one was so thick you had to eat it with a spoon and the flavor was very robust and had many layers. Absolutely wonderful.
I’ve eaten Indian food across the globe - California where I’m based; Bali; Iceland; and all over New Zealand. This was by far the most interesting take on Tikka Masala and Chicken 65 I’ve ever had.
The garlic naan topped things off and was also excellent.
The location is tucked away and unassuming, but don’t let appearances fool you. Highly...
