Disappointing! Was so looking forward to a fabulous treat. Had been gifted a Treatment Package Voucher by my daughter. I arrived 4 minutes late (could not find parking) and was greeted by the friendly receptionist. A few minutes later I was seated in the waiting room and offered water while I waited. After a few minutes a therapist came through and took me to the treatment room where I was curtly informed that because I arrived 10 minutes late, my treatment would be cut by 10 minutes. I tried to explain that I was in fact not 10 minutes late - only to be corrected and that set the tone for what was to be a very unpleasant experience. The therapist has absolutely no feeling for massage, or was not interested in what she was doing. No information provided on the skin treatments being used or why (as most experienced therapists do) and the treatment felt rushed. The only communication was "your treatment has now concluded" and that I could get dressed and return to the reception area. I got dressed to find hair (not mine) on the sheets an a rather dirty floor. Customer service...

I recently booked an appointment with Forme Spa Albany as a surprise treat for my mum. Unfortunately, when we showed up for the appointment the lady at reception told us the therapist "is running late" and that they couldn't go ahead with the appointment and we would need to reschedule. We were also told that they had been trying to contact me to let me know which I find hard to believe considering I had no missed calls and the last call I had received from Forme Spa was the day prior confirming my appointment. The appointment I had booked was 3:40pm, so I feel like there was plenty of time to have been informed earlier. I understand that sometimes staff are ill or life gets in the way, but I was super disappointed that we weren't told until we arrived and we had wasted value time and fuel travelling to the spa for nothing! It also ruined what I hoped would be a nice, well deserved surprise for my mum. We have decided not to reschedule with Forme Spa and have instead...

We had a gift vaucher from a family member for a shape up and shine service. It was unclear where to park however we did find parking spot . First impression was nice. Friendly girls at the reception and they took us though waiting room and offered water . They took us in on time for nails. My doughter was the one who was receiving service ( nails) she is 6yo. Girl who was doing nails was very nice . Unfortunately that room was so filthy and dusty that made me wonder if I actually want to come back to this place due to its cleaners issues . Nails looked lovely and we went to the reception area to make sure that they have our vaucher details . That’s where I had an “wow ok” moment where they said I have to pay extra !? She said vaucher doesnot cover the cost of treatment . Fine but would have been nice if someone told me about that over the phone at the time of booking ?! Just overall a disappointment and we will...
