Cafe Anatolia Te Awamutu — Restaurant in Waikato

Tonight the experience was distressing! Everytime we order here never has it been right. But tonight one was a joke! Staff put atleast 3 doses of extra hot chilly sause in a kebab for a child not a little the wrap was red. The sauses where mayo and satay. When I went in to exchange the staff member who made it was gone. Funny that. She smirked until I rang tho police as she said no to refund. Little did she know I was calling the police on myself because I was getting frustrated. I left with no kebab or refund. As it did escalate bacause of her smirk! Foods good. Love going there when I get the chance even though it is getting a bit expensive then it used to be but what isn't?...anyway the reason for the 2 stars is the appalling customer service I witnessed when a customer asked if they have hamburgers and getting greeted by a extremely rude "what?!?" Since they didn't hear due to wearing earphones while in the front of house and after repeating himself getting "No!" Instead of giving any advice or help to find what he's looking for, personally I found that extremely rude and disgusting behavior probably won't be returning due to that...
