A bit small area, so if you come with big group better to call up first and ask for table. We just got lucky with our 8 people group. Food wise was good. Not really impressed with Pho, which I had high hope for. A bit sad Banh Mi doesn't have pate (but I understand probably not everyone in Te Awamutu like pate). The Cambodian beef stew was surprisingly really nice, Banh Xeo (with generous lettuces and herbs) and pork burger were excellent. My cousin had chicken curry soup which he loved. Lovely staffs, quick service. I paid for 4 of us ~$140, not bad price for asian food.

Seriously impressed with the poke bowl I ordered here. By far the best meal I've had in Te Awamutu. Ingredients and flavours were perfectly balanced. Will be back to try the bánh xèo! Compliments to the chefs they should be proud of their work 😀

Me and my girlfriend had been driving the backroads since early in the AM and we hadn’t packed any snacks. No sandwiches. No chips. No nothing. Just pure hunger driving us across the country. We finally stopped in Te Awamutu. My girlfriend wanted a Strawberry Matcha from Starbucks. But I told her, babes, I've a feeling we're not in Kansas anymore, how about Burger Fuel? It must have been the hunger but we started waltzing till we found ourselves in the Pickle and Plum. And it was glorious! Glorious hallway café leading to a cornucopia of Manuka honey cheesecakes and Almond Orange cakes and there was this painting on the wall of a turtle submerged in the aquamarine blue of the deep ocean. It was glorious! I recommend the Poke Bowl, hold the tomatoes, extra pumpkin. Coffee was pretty good too. My Starbuck’s girlfriend recommends the...

This is a very cute little cafe tucked away amongst the other businesses in the main street of Te Awamutu. Its very small but has lots of great options.

We had our dog so we were pleased to see they had outdoor seating available.

This is a great cafe if you are keto as a lot of the menu and cabinet were keto options.

Our hot chocolates were the perfect temperature and tasted delicious, and the hot chips were perfectly crispy! The aioli was so yummy, too!

The only thing was the cup that was served with the coke zero still had bubbles in it from being cleaned - but at least it had been cleaned right!? 🤣

A great little spot to have a snack...
