Visited today just after 3pm for afternoon tea only to find the cabinet was empty. I asked if they were still open and was told yes. It took awhile to place our order, but I was informed politely what was going on. We've then gone and sat at a table only to find it was dirty so we moved outside. While waiting we've been asked if takeaway cups would be OK as they were wanting to shut down for the day. I felt that we were an imposition for being there and that they would be happier if we left. Absolutely disgusting! My wife goes up to counter and orders two coffee along with food. At the same time she placed the flybuys card on the counter for all to see. We went here on Saturday morning for the first time and decided to have a scone and coffee. It was busy and that's ok we were prepared to wait.
