St Pierres Sushi (Grafton) — Restaurant in Waitematā

DO NOT SHOP HERE. There is a much more respectable establishment on the other side of park rd just a minutes walk further down. I have been purchasing for years here, they have become rather stingy, they hide the sushi of the day in the fridges behind them, or anywhere obscure so it looks like they haven't made any so you're less inclined to order it, and they will also place it next to expensive menu items that look similar in the hopes you get them confused and they can charge you for the other pricier items you take instead.

I find this rather unsavoury, but my breaking point is that just a few minutes ago I walked in to see they had hardly anything left, and exited their store, on my way out I was screamed at by neglectful staff who had decided I was stealing from them, because they weren't attending their counters or watching the store, and hadn't seen me come in, only spotted me walking out. The rude women (two of them) decided to yell and scream as loudly as they could at me then sort of awkwardly looked at their regular customer who'd been buying from them for years and mumbled like one apology when I turned to face them empty handed and obviously not stealing 😂 bunch of miserable pricks here.

Please take your business to Damo Sushi at 17 park road. They do cheaper packs that are delicious and have great menu options, more comfortable and the staff are...

If you are vegetarian dont eat here, they will stamp food as (vegetarian) And accidentally have little pieces of dead animals corpse in the supposedly vegetarian sushi, i found out after taking a bite and throwing up after finding it, if you are going to call something vegetarian then have it be vegetarian in preparation also, meaning change your gloves and clean the surface which you will prepare the vegetarian selection on, if you touch veggies and or rice with your gloves and or surfaceswhich have made meat then you cannot call it vegetarian, horrific, would never complain online ever about anything except for this, fix this immediately, absolutely disgusting, will never ever ever visit any of these...

Was looking for a very quick bite on my way to the domain to play soccer and finally was able to stop in. I say finally bc if it's anytime within 1 hr of closing it looks like they have nothing available, yet I've also never asked. Honestly even from the outside it always looks like it's closed with the rubbish bin like halfway in front of the left door. Most of everything they had left at even 6pm was only what I think was tuna salad that I ate and then a couple of teriyaki chickens on rice.
