I stopped by with my youngest after a walk through the town belt. He was tired and hungry, looking for something familiar (as fussy eaters do). We'd seen smoothies on the menu and he loves banana smoothies. It looked like banana or berry smoothies on the menu, but turned out to be banana and berry. Despite the obviously wrong colour, he tried it and liked it. A win in the end, but so close to defeat. The stools at the window were far too tall for him, but it was manageable. The toilet is ludicrously small, more suited to situations not requiring an accompanying parent, but it was manageable. The selection of snacks and cakes was impressive. Read moreA real surprise. Caught out with pub not yet open we caught Coolsville just as it was closing. Great effort from the counter though. Still willing to do two Americanos and warm up both a Reuben sandwich and a wonderfully layered frittata.
