HELL Pizza Hataitai — Restaurant in North Island

We’ve ordered hell pizza plenty of times before as the food is always perfect, arrives quickly and always burn-your-mouth hot.

The team at Hell Hataitai are always a friendly and accommodating team, but tonight really stood out to us in such a great way. We accidentally ordered a vegetarian pizza over a vegan one, which we knew was ultimately our fault, called and asked if it was possible to get it replaced anyway to which they did replace it!

Worst Hell Pizza in New Zealand.

Ordered 3 ½ hours before hand in advance to make sure our pizzas were on time.

Got to the store and the staff said itd be out in 5 minutes.

15 minutes later we asked again. The staff explained its coming out the oven.

Another 15 minutes later we asked again and told it had just been put in the oven.

What kind of management are you guys doing? The staff took the piss that night and made us wait 35 minutes, and lied to us.

They tried to cancel the order. When I questioned the reason for cancelation, they said, "It was out of range, and its complicated how these things work." I then mentioned I will be sending a recording of our conversation to their head office because this is not acceptable. Immediately the phone was given to the manager who assured me my order would be delivered. Having the nerve to belittle customers by lying to them. Purely because the driver deemed it too far to warrant his commission on the delivery. Pathetic customer...
