Burger Wisconsin Hataitai — Restaurant in Wellington

I placed an online order during their $10 burger promo. The system said my order would be ready by 5:15 pm. I arrived on time and was told it would take another 10 minutes. An hour later, I was still waiting, all while watching other customers come and go with their food.

The worst part is that there were only two staff members working, running between the kitchen and taking orders, clearly overwhelmed. I genuinely felt bad for them — they were doing their best — but the lack of staff completely ruined the experience. I asked for a refund, was told no at first, then finally another staff member agreed to give it to me.

Burger Wisconsin simply hits the spot on a Wednesday afternoon. The classic Wellington rain, clouds and miserable weather really gets you down sometimes. But believe me when I say, taking a trip to Burger Wisconsin Hataitai is as close to paradise as one can get. Middling experience. Been a few years since I had Burger Wisconsin. Back in my day (lol) I'm sure the burgers were really good. This one was just average (I got the Americana).
