We dined in house tonight. There was hardly anyone else dining in the restaurant when we arrived..... so it was very quiet for a Sunday night! Ordered two main courses. One was a Panaeg Curry on Rice at $27.50 and the other was Pad See Eu stir fry noodles at $25.50. Although both courses were nice and tasty, the portions were disappointing very much smaller compared to other Thai restaurants we have recently dined in. My original bowl of rice was unusually small, so another was ordered at $6.00 (which was equally as small).😮 The total bill was $59.00. Lovely food but very poor value for a casual night's out dinner!! 😢 So I guess that's one of the main reasons why this restaurant always seems so noticeably quiet when driving past it most evenings!! 😳 My advice for them is to upside the portions of their mains, if they wish to have...

Authenticity of FOOD.. failed. We took 5 dishes and they were tasty and good but not authentic! Some were NZ fusion, totally (with some kind of pesto "back taste"). Portion are normal. Some dishes don't differ to each other. PRICE $$$ 28$ for noodle? Def not worth that much. Extremely small soup 15$? Not worth it. SERVICE they are fast but maybe too much, they hurry to clear up dishes and took cutlery that we still use but that's OK. When they take order they don't like to explain anything.

*I felt sick afterwards and even when I ate the leftover at home I felt sick after few hours. My partner didn't have that dish and didn't feel bad. So my review is not based on this sickness as it might be just an unfortunate case!

Honestly one of the BEST tasting restaurants I have every been to (trust me I’ve been to a lot). For the money I paid, I got back more than I could have expected and gosh it was amazing. I had the King Prawn Pad Thai and I love it from the first bite. I highly recommend this dish if you are having trouble deciding on what to get. The vegetables were fresh, noodles PERFECT and prawns just stunning… the staff really topped it off with how pleasant and caring they were. Our needs were catered for in royal fashion and I couldn’t be more pleased and impressed with everything. Absolutely coming back here in a heartbeat!
