Domino's Pizza Lower Hutt — Restaurant in Wellington

So I got pizza dessert dripping in apricot sauce and given the excuse by the lady at store “ I did it myself , hole of the sauce bottle is big .. this is the amount we pour on pizza “ unapologetic and hung up the fon on my face thrice and when i called again she didnt pick up . Pizza was cold and wet in sauce ( i just posted the pic ) . She made fun of my situation when i cried literally on the phone telling her i have a new born i need to nurse the baby but i cant cook please get me a new pizza . Nooooo she was like i cant do anything today for you and when you.heard me crying badly in my last call ,then she again in sarcastic way said “ oh if you keep going like this then i can send you another pizza “ really ??? Am i begging you for food ?I paid you for my meal and asked you to get me the right order and take back your sweet dessert .I didnt ask you for free pizza . If you check my history of ordering , i order pizza every second day and never asked for refund or replace pizza in last 10 years , i know how much sauce i usualy get . You cant hung up phone in between the conversations when you have so called 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. I am literally crying while typing this comment …. Still hungry , and ordering food from another food outlet . Bad bad bad bad bad bad bad verrrrryyyyyyyyyy bad experience.I swear never going to have dominoz again in my life .Shame on you lady !! Shame on...

I'm not really used to put review but this time I'm really disappointed with the Dominios as after lockdown I ordered the pizza as my son eagerly wanted to eat pizza but unfortunately he got disappointed. Why!! I ordered 45minutes before and when we reached to pick up the pizza it turned out that they had given the pizzas we ordered to someone else and when we said to make another two pizzas they said we don't have veggies so we can't make it.as I ordered 2 pizza 1 is simply cheese and 1 is veg trio, not even single pizza was ready. We don't have time to wait there as we already wasted our time in store,30 min waiting in the line and after that arguing with the store person.They said we can make you cheese pizza if you want !!!! Seriously!!!! I ordered cheese pizza but they didn't make it within there time frame actually more than time frame. They should inform us before if they got any trouble our number is always there to call us but they didn't inform me. My son got really sad as he wanted to eat pizza in dinner and he ate pasta and got sleep. Really Really...

I had a family night last night, we wanted to order to pick up. When the phone was answer I was very nicely asked if I could be put on hold, he came back faster than I expected. Then I kept getting called ma’am and was very well served through the phone. When we picked up, the whole order wasn’t ready, so I was told by the same guy who answered the phone he would give me another garlic bread to compensate for it. Best customer service ever from Sachin one of my cadets I trained. I see he’s grown up, to a great Dominos member. I’m very proud of him, I watched him handling things around the place very well, everything very organised and just a great hard team working atmosphere. He’s very mature, a great leader and is doing an amazing job despide being so young. I’m glad to have been served by him last night. He knows what he’s doing...
