We came in for a late lunch on Saturday, ordered our food just before 3pm. After waiting for 30 mins for our food, we checked with the only waiter that was in the restaurant and was told another 15 mins wait. After another follow up, the food finally arrived and learned the reason it’s taking so long is because they’ve been instructed to prioritise delivery partners’ orders i.e. Doordash etc. then phone orders, then dine in customers and lastly walk in takeaway orders. I asked why, they said they get fine from delivery partners if they don’t meet their ETA. However you may not get fine from dine in customers but they will ask for a refund and never return, in fact one table asked for a refund while we were there and we were going to if it didn’t arrive by 4. If you’re only wanting to do delivery orders then don’t open the restaurant, we’re not coming here to do fine dine so not expecting to wait an hour just for chicken and chips. The staff should have communicated the wait time before we ordered so we could be informed and make a decision if we want to wait or not.
There were two cooks in the kitchen, and two people on the till, I'm not sure if that is a staffing issue for them. If this is the case; you should put a poster up communicating this. Plenty of businesses are doing this due to the pandemic atm and the customers understand.
Some customers were being fed before us, despite ordering after us, which shows poor organisation. I'm not sure if the cooks were prioritising which meals they want to make, however if this is their system, it's a bad one. You should cook in the order that each meal was placed.

Grilled livers were all burnt and bitter tasting... told the staff there and instead of accepting that its burnt the staff memeber Mr. CHETAN ( i am guessing the one who cooked that mess) picks up a piece out of it and claims it is exacrly the way it is supposed to be.
