Noodle Canteen — Restaurant in Wellington

The service is pathetic! I get on the Lower Hutt webpage where it says "We are open!". I've attached the screenshot. As per usual I'm able to place an order with no problem. Nothing stops me from performing the transaction and it takes the money from my credit card. I receive no acknowledgement so I drive there only to find them closed. Two hours later I receive just a message with no apology saying my order has been declined! At the risk of repeating myself the service is pathetic. I'm used to them not even turning their heads to acknowledge my existence - no greeting etc - when I walk in to pick up my food. Don't really care but today was too bad. I was a regular who will never buy from Noodle Canteen again. I've patronised them from Timaru in the south to Auckland in the north but their Petone and Lower Hutt branches have put me off for life! Delivery order arrived incomplete. Rang delivery driver who advises ring merchant. Rand noodle canteen and spoke to a simple minded limited English speaking woman who could only say “No order complete”. Lady if my order was complete I would be busy eating.- wouldn’t be calling you. Poor customer service would be an understatement. Try to have English speaking staff answering the phone not some half Wit only able to say “No order complete” definitely huge achievement to memorise this line. But the not answering subsequent phone calls and disconnecting phone shows your poor customer service skills. FYI NO ORDER IS NOT COMPLETE. Please get your employee some English lessons so they understand the next part - “ MY ORDER HAS MISSING ITEMS”. Best wishes for the future for maintaining a buskers in an English speaking country with staff who speak limited English...

This place use to be good ...We use to love coming here for our meals ...last year we stopped coming for quite some time as they would burn our meals almost every week ...We just recently started going back n now we will not be going back for a very long time if ever due to the fact that they fill the containers up with huge chunks of vegetables n not much meat ....its dishonorable not to mention cheating in the way they use huge chunks of vegetables to fill the containers....We will be letting people know what's happening there n they'd be wasting their time n...
