One Sushi Lower Hutt — Restaurant in Wellington

Heard about their katsu bowls from alot of people and finally decided to give it a try and it was absolutely amazing. I got the chicken katsu bowl with half rice and half noodles. Couldn't stop to take pictures because it was that good. Chicken was nice and crispy, the veggies were nice and fresh, the sauces were great. Also it fills you up alot, grab the large since it's a dollar difference. Also the staff were really nice and served the food pretty fast, good for anyone grabbing...

but there was no salmon in it only oily residue. Where was the salmon supposed to be? I couldn’t even finish half of it, and I felt sick for the whole day afterward.

It was unbelievable. This was the first time I’ve ever thought a meal was truly inedible, and it made me doubt the hygiene of this place. On top of that, the bones weren’t removed properly, and I ended up hurting my mouth.

Honestly, it was the worst experience I’ve had. I will never come back.

One of the best places in Wellington to get a Katsu Bowl. It's always fresh and tasty! I'm here once a fortnight to pick up Katsu for dinner and sometimes for lunch if I'm in the Hutt. Service is pretty good and the place is always clean and tidy ... including the restroom. They have a decent variety of food and everything I've tried I've enjoyed, however that being said, the Katsu Bowl is my favourite! Only downside for me is I wish they put more sauce over...
