There I was , sitting there post Uber eats blunder, the delivery driver had not picked up half my order wholly bagels had prepared. I called the driver who completely shlubbed off his mistake and insisted I deal with the restaurant as it was "their problem" . Ironically, I cant thank that ignorant driver enough for putting me in contact with the wholly bagel management staff, what a complete dream team of godsends. he immediately knew the problem and explained what happened and insisted he prepare me a fresh new pizza. I drove down to pick it up and upon arrival, had more bagels, pizza and drink thrust in my arms i could of even dared asked for. He continued to insist he and his team were sorry for the inconvenience of the extra money paid to uber and the drive i had to make, this was of no consequence, as it was in no way the stores fault, but their steadfast accountability and resolution offered was second to none. Staff here is incredibly friendly, always have a smile on their face, always welcoming. Never have to wait very long either. Love seeing them when we go in.

The bagels are okay, and that's no fault of the staff here, bagels are made somewhere else. But...BUT...if you're going to claim to sell NY style bagels...make sure they ARE NY style. That means, BOIL THE BAGELS BEFORE BAKING. Otherwise, the bagels are dry, and not chewy the way they should be...
