Though my first time at the Chinese restaurant located on the 3rd floor, this wasn't my first visit to the Oriental Hotel. I observed that the "efizzy" that comes with the Chinese tradition like giving diners hot napkins prior to eating wasn't done. The food was good. I particularly enjoyed the prawn rolls. The food wasn't served on time...experienced delays in-between. The furniture was wood and had like Chinese carvings but besides that and a few wall pictures, I didn't really get a feel of "Chinese". Taste- and hygeine-wise, they might have earned 4 stars and could be considered better than 1004 in some aspects, but I'm deductimg 2 due to their frustraingly slow and careless service (finally I could appreciate the service of 1004 that could even compensate for their hygeine issue).
