Ahhh.... Salmas!!! I have fond memories of this place. I have been to Salmas twice and I must say the experience was impeccable. If you are ever looking for authentic lebanese cuisine and reception in Lagos Nigeria....look no further Salma's has it all. The environment is clean, aesthetically pleasing, calming and has one of the most beautiful dining areas and rest rooms I have seen. It has a pool sit out for Al fresco dining overlooking the lagoon. Really lovely with good traditional middle eastern music serenading you as you dine. The waiters are very knowledgeable about the menu and polite. I was really impressed by how much they knew about the meals

Now to the meals... I had the opportunity in partaking in the Iftar Meal which was literally a feast...no jokes. It had everything from Dates, Lentil soup, hot Mezze - batata hara, Fatet Hommos, cold Mezze - Hommos, warak enab, moujanat traditional lebanese drinks, Fattouch, traditional main course and of course dessert.

Every meal was a hit back to back. I had the roast half chicken which was flamed grilled to perfection. It had a balanced taste of lemons herb marinade and spice which I couldn't get enough of. The lentil soup was fragrant and tasted really good. The meals were well seasoned and spicy and ohhh the yummy warm lebanese bread. I got to taste meals I had never eaten and to be honest I loved it. I had an Apricot juice called Amar El din which was very refreshing. Ohh and the portions were perfect.

Salma's is a great place for hosting family and friends as they have meals for sharing. If you feel like you are unable to finish the meal, no pressure they're always ready to pack up mini take-aways for you.

They have an extensive menu so be sure to have something to suit everyone. I think they use quality ingredients as you can taste it in every bite. I have eaten lebanese meals outside Nigeria and I must say that Salma's is at...

Salma’s offers a beautifully curated space that blends elegance with comfort. The ambiance is undeniably one of its highlights—subtle Middle Eastern decor, soft lighting, and a serene environment make it ideal for a refined dining experience or a relaxing evening out.

The staff’s professionalism stood out during my visit. From the moment I walked in, they were attentive, courteous, and well-versed in the menu, offering thoughtful recommendations and timely service. The sense of obligation to ensure a pleasant dining experience was evident in every interaction.

As for the food, I sampled the Chicken Shawarma Platter, Oriental Rice, Sfiha Belforn, and Chicken Wings. Each dish was flavorful and authentic, capturing the essence of Lebanese cuisine. However, it’s worth noting that the seasoning was somewhat subtle compared to what a Nigerian palate might expect. A little adjustment to incorporate bolder flavors could elevate the dishes further.

Overall, Salma’s is a delightful restaurant with much to offer in ambiance and service. It’s a great place for those seeking an authentic Lebanese dining experience in Lagos. While there’s room to cater slightly more to local preferences, it remains a worthwhile culinary...

I recently visited Salma Terrace, a charming Lebanese restaurant located on Ozumba Mbadiwe, Lagos. The ambience was nothing short of perfect, offering both indoor and outdoor seating options. I opted for the outdoor area, which is right by the sea, such a serene and relaxing setting.

Upon arriving, we were promptly attended to, and within 20 minutes, our orders arrived. I started with hummus, topped with nuts and goat meat. As expected from a Lebanese dish, it was absolutely delicious, so flavorful and well-prepared. My friend and I also shared a platter, which was another hit. My drink choice was a mojito, and although it didn’t look like a traditional one, the server reassured me that the magic was in the taste, and he was right, it was refreshing and on point.

If you're planning to dine by the sea, I highly recommend making a reservation to avoid missing out on that beautiful view. I’m already looking forward to going back and will definitely make sure to reserve a spot next time!

The only reservation I have is for families with children. If you bring a child, be cautious of the outdoor area as the pool is open and unprotected. For safety, I would recommend dining indoors if you're with...
