Had a fantastic lunch at Piano, and I think it might be my new favorite spot! They offer everything you could ask for: delicious food, attentive waiters, and super-fast meal prep. It's a pretty restaurant, can seat 20-30 people, perfect for an intimate gathering. I was starving and had some time before an appointment, and it was on my route. I ordered the penne arabiata (N14,000); spice level Medium but didn't come with protein so I added some shrimp (N5,000)– the portion was generous and the food tasted really good. My date ordered the Seafood Linguine (N21,000), which looked amazing (although I forgot to take a picture!). Unfortunately, I didn't have time for dessert, but the food was so good, I'll definitely be back to try it – hopefully, I'll have more time to relax and savor the experience.

So I and my friend decided to try piano bistro for their Sunday’s buffet. I commend their service providers, they’ve a pleasant disposition and good customer service. Resturant is quite small, so you might not get that privacy you need. I would say their buffet option didn’t have any variety. For a 45k buffet there should be so many food options. Honestly it was very limited . Less than 6 food options. Their dessert stand was more decent . The food tasted okay and you get unlimited fruit punch and juice. It would be nice to see different food varieties honestly. It was a tad bit disappointing.

I was truly impressed with the entire Hospitality experience my friend and I had at The Piano yesterday. Even though it was a wet and rainy day, walking into the establishment we were greeted by Staff, warmly without being pretentious. It was pretty cozy inside with the right amount of lighting and lovely decor. The attention to detail with the ambience 👌🏾 Our waiter, Wisdom was very professional and courteous and the icing on the cake - the food; very delicious !

This is a lengthy post, I was NOT impressed - AT ALL.

My friend came into town and we decided to do brunch together on Christmas Day. Someone recommended The Delborough and I called to make a 12:30 reservation.

I was sent a WhatsApp message to choose which of their restaurants I would prefer - The Piano or Dani. We decided to do Piano. I was sent a dress code policy etal and thought: all this just to have brunch and catch up with my girl? Lol..

I was running late but my friend got there early- about 12:10, and was told to wait outside so they could get us seating. I joined her about 12:38pm and she was still waiting outside seated under one of the patio umbrellas.

Long story short, we were kept waiting there till about 1:20pm. Someone from the restaurant kept coming to ‘apologise’ at intervals and to tell us we would be allowed in shortly. It became quite irritating because why are you coming to tell me ‘sorry’ ever so often while you’re not doing anything about it? Why did you overbook and have more than 15 people waiting outside to get into your restaurant???

An hour later, I was completely over the situation, and so was my friend. Irritated, I called the restaurant number and told the lovely lady at the end of the line that I had been kept waiting outside for over an hour and could we get into Dani restaurant instead? She apologised and told me she would get back to me shortly. Luckily, she did call me back apologising and she said the GM of Dani said we could come up and they had seats for us. She also said they would give us a 20% discount for the bad experience.

We went up, got seats (finally) and then it took another 10-15 minutes to even get the waiters’ attention 🤦🏽‍♀️..

All in all, the only good thing about my experience there was the lovely lady on the phone and their valet parking.

I was soooooo disappointed. I’d heard so much about Delborough and was looking forward to the experience but it was worse than mid. The service - horrible. The food- not great.

I’ve given it a 2 star instead of 1 star ONLY because of the lovely lady I spoke to on the phone.

If you’re going to have people make reservations, then please make sure you can actually accommodate the...

I had a very very unpleasant experience at this place. I attempted to visit this place on the 6th of April 2024 for breakfast with a friend of mine. The security man told my friend and I we couldn't go in. That we were not appropriately dressed. That we were not covered up. I was wearing a midi length strapless dress and she was wearing a loose fitting denim shirt and shorts. Both are outfits that are appropriate for breakfast or brunch. I don't understand why we were treated this way. Immediately we were told. I quietly said thank you and drove off. Honestly Lagos restaurants are very strange, The restaurant was literally empty there was...
