I wanted to order a simple pizza with a side of bbq sauce... IT TOOK ME 10 MINUTES. The staff on the phone was not competent enough to take an order.. i was being transmitted to different employees every 2 minutes. The pizza came 1 hour and 30 minutes late when they said only 30 minutes. They messed up my order ( they removed the tomato sauce thats on the pizza and put bbq sauce instead) we asked for the bbq sauce to be on the side!!!! 5000 naira for something thats not even a pizza is verrrrrryy expensive! I paid online for a large , she refused to give me the difference back, when I asked why she told me with a very nasty attitude and a look to kill that she was giving me a drink , instead of my money and that I should take it because she didn't have to make the pizza I wanted and she used her code.
