Short review: Terrible service. Below average food. Overrated. NOT RECOMMENDED

Long review: We were 16 people eating there. They repeated that we had reserved a table for 16 people when we arrived, and we were led to a table seating 14 people. That should have been the first red flag. Ordering went fine, except we had to almost yell at the waiter because of the loud music. We ordered starters, main courses and drinks. After out initial order it was nearly impossible to get a hold of a waiter again since we were ignored by most. We got our drinks relatively fast, and the first person then got his meal after 20 minutes. None of the starters had come out. We then waited 40 more minutes before they came out with 1 starter. From there on the food came out sporadically in a mix of starters and main courses. Twice they came with food we didn’t order. Most of the meat main courses were cold, the Con Funghi risotto was made with basmati rice, the zucchini chips were not crispy or chips at all and the mozzarella bread was bread with butter and half a tomato. After 2 hours the last person at our table still hadn’t gotten their food and they never did. We also hadn’t gotten a lot of the sides we ordered. When we went to pay, we tried to speak with the staff and explain the food we hadn’t gotten, and they started yelling at us, and wouldn’t admit to their mistakes. They then threatened to call the police if we didn’t pay that instant. Never in my life have I experienced such bad service and a horrible restaurant experience. We came here on a rainy day during prom season at 1pm. Whole restaurant empty with only one table occupied. We come in and I see the owner in his natural habitat on one of the tables closely observing everything. We ask for a table and the server says they have a prom celebration at 8pm. We politely say we are not trying to spend 7 hours at the restaurant. The owner says they can give us a table. So we got sat right next to the other table, cramped into a small area where the servers had barely room to move. Food was great but our server forgot multiple items and drinks, then my mom found hair in two of her dishes, so save to say their quality was not on an acceptable level. The server was very apologetic. Then as we are seating there, we noticed their roof is leaking into our food. Absolutely unacceptable. We told the server and he said there is nothing he can do. I’ve had the worst restaurant experience of my life in this restaurant. We had to wait more than an hour between the first person got his main dish and the last person got his food. They got SO many of our orders wrong, we didn’t get a lot of the thing we ordered, we had to ask for the same things multiple times, and everything was absolute chaos. When we finally got our food, it wasn’t even good. A lot of it wasn’t warm, they made risotto with basmati rice, they made carbonara with something that wasn’t even close to parmesan cheese, and so on… When we tried to complain they wouldn’t listen. They ended up telling us they would call the police if we didn’t pay now. The bill was in Macedonian which we couldn’t understand, and after we had left and we had time to translate it, we found out that they put a lot of thing on our bill that we never got or...
